"Host, save the future Demon Lord before he grows up, then kill him."
So I silently began showering the poor little thing with warmth, then abandoned him, carved out the blood from his heart to cure my junior brother, crushed his pride, and climbed to power over his ashes.
After returning to the Celestial Court, I started causing trouble left and right.
But I may have taken things too far.
After turning evil, the poor little thing crawled out of a pile of corpses because of some inexplicable obsession. He still became the terrifying Demon Lord everyone dreaded.
I have no idea why he came looking for me. Was it revenge? I definitely can't beat him. Ah, I'm going to die.
But... why didn't he kill me? Why did he imprison me in the Demon Palace instead?
I considered all sorts of reasons, but none of them were right.
It wasn't until many years later, after I escaped, that I heard what people called me behind my back: the Demon God's dark moonlight.
Everyone remembers how that demon, overcome with grief, looked after his dark moonlight left. In a single night, he slaughtered everyone in the world.
Troublemaking, arrogant, proud god descended to the mortal realm, Bigge Shizun (Wu Chao) × unhinged, sickly beauty, future Demon God, absurdly patient disciple (Jun Zhuoyu)
Reader's notes
1. The main text is in third person.
2. It doesn't matter who tops or bottoms. JJ doesn't allow ship scenes anyway.
3. No gender-bending interpretations, and no putting characters down. Both protagonists are good kids, though neither is perfect. They may have some pretty low moments, so please bear with them. They'll grow.
4. I write according to my own tastes. Don't curse at the characters. If you have to curse, curse at me.
