[Niche fiction, written purely for personal tastes]
[Daily updates begin at 8 a.m. on November 7]
As everyone knows, Isis, the Demon King of the Eastern Lands, is an exceedingly diligent ruler. Under her leadership, the demon realm has flourished in peace and prosperity.
But lately, Isis has had a little-known problem...
“I want to date the Demon King!”
Who wrote something like that on the suggestion form for the centennial celebration of her rule?!!!
And there seems to be more than one such note.
She's seen plenty of subordinates develop feelings for her before. The question is, how did these slips of paper get past the screening process and into her hands?
Now that's intriguing.
With the world at peace, the Demon King put her work on hold and took a long vacation. She quickly narrowed down the most suspicious candidates:
The merfolk chief steward, whom she'd known since childhood and who had been by her side all along
A human hero, descendant of an old friend, visiting the demon realm on a diplomatic mission
Her political rival and archenemy, the ruler of the Northern Lands, with whom she'd often clashed
An elven traveler of mysterious origins, who's been living in the imperial capital for ages
The Demon King is a little angry. The Demon King is a little intrigued. The Demon King has caught everyone who wrote those prank notes...
Every last one of them.
※Just writing whatever and letting people read it. The author's shameless tastes are so niche they're at the Arctic Circle, so this is self-indulgent comfort food.
※A towering big-sister heroine who completely dominates the cast, with an all-pairings harem-style love polygon.
※It's Western fantasy, so we're serving up everything: hot springs, curry, pork cutlets, rice, ketchup, and fries.
※In short, as the title says, it's a romance. The men are all hopelessly devoted, it's a Mary Sue story, a wooden doll learns to love, an old house catches fire, and an iron tree blooms. Yes, all three descriptions refer to the female lead.
Theme: Carry the will of hope
Yeah, it's just work, so it's normal for there to be so many people [covering face and peeking]
Why am I going to make a fuss after being locked up?
