My Arranged Marriage Partner Is the Ghost King

Chu Xing has had a secret since childhood: he can see ghosts.

So he's terrified of them.

Then the Chu family fell into ruin, and the Gu family of the capital specifically requested that Chu Xing marry into their family.

His intended was a very handsome man, but everyone said he was eerie and frightening.

When Chu Xing arrived at the Gu residence, he discovered that ghosts wouldn't go near the man!

He didn't care what anyone else said. As long as the man didn't attract ghosts, he was the least frightening person Chu Xing could imagine.

So Chu Xing wanted to stick to Gu Tingyun twenty-four hours a day.

Until one day, the talismans on Chu Xing were torn to pieces. He saw Gu Tingyun appear out of thin air in front of him, while the Black and White Impermanence beside them called out,

"Ghost King."

.

Gu Tingyun had searched for Chu Xing for a hundred years and finally found him in the human world, only to discover that Chu Xing was terrified of ghosts.

He could only hide his identity and approach Chu Xing in secret. But eventually his identity was exposed. Before he could come clean, Chu Xing ran away!

Gu Tingyun thought that when he found Chu Xing, he would just have to do a better job of disguising himself.

But when he saw Chu Xing's face turn deathly pale at the sight of him, his reason evaporated. He nearly crushed Chu Xing's bones. All he wanted was to lock him away, chain him up, and break his legs so he could never leave again.

"Don't be afraid of me. Don't fear me!"
