Guiqing, You Need to Turn Over a New Leaf!

Gui Qing is a sword cultivator of a kind rarely seen in the sect in a hundred years.

From childhood, she was determined to become the greatest sword cultivator under heaven. But during a tribulation, a lightning strike sent her a hundred years into the future.

Little Gui Qing from a hundred years ago and grown-up Gui Qing from a hundred years later stared at each other.

Little Gui Qing: You must have become the greatest sword cultivator under heaven by now, right?

Grown-up Gui Qing: ... I'm off by one word, but it's not a big deal.

Little Gui Qing: That's okay. Second or third is great, too. Sooner or later, we'll train our way to first place.

A few days later, little Gui Qing watched helplessly as grown-up Gui Qing slaughtered the entire sect.

Little Gui Qing's voice trembled. "Which word are you off by, exactly?"

Grown-up Gui Qing flicked the blood droplets from her fingertips and raised an eyebrow with a smile. "Allow me to introduce myself. You, in other words, I, am the greatest demonic cultivator under heaven."

*I will save myself from danger a thousand times over.

I came up with this rough idea on a whim. I'll try to polish and revise it later.

The plot and romance are evenly split.

Theme: I will save myself from danger.
