Just after Ji Minhuang, the Ji family's second son and little emperor, got his middle school entrance exam results, his family packed him off to Japan.

He heard that after he left, his family held farewell parties for three days straight. Even the dogs ate until they threw up, and any rat passing by would be in for a rough time.

He flew back home in the middle of the night, beat his dad to a pulp, then flew back to Japan.

There was nothing he could do. His school registration had already been transferred. He just had to stick it out.

Still better than Germany, where his childhood friend had gone. He'd been a college student when he left, and five years later he was still a college student.

Thinking of that, Ji Minhuang calmed down.

He focused on his studies and skipped campus activities. Other than studying, he went back and forth between his apartment and school. Sometimes he helped someone in trouble on the way. Ji Minhuang kept a low profile for half a semester.

Half a semester later, a classmate asked him, "Have you heard? A transfer student started in the second year of high school today. Looks like a troublemaker. Want to go watch the show at lunch?"

Ji Minhuang readily agreed.

But things soon took an unexpected turn.

The appearance of monsters called Star Beasts and Kamen Riders signaled the collapse of ordinary school life.
