[Announcement] The word "bitch" in the copy has been deleted When I first conceived the characters and copy, I used bitch to describe the protagonist's self-centered tendency in romantic relationships. This expression was originally intended to express my appreciation for women who possess this trait, and I tried to use it to express praise for the protagonist. (In my own stereotypical image, a woman who ignores the feelings of others and is selfish but only loves herself will be called a "bitch") Until I saw the different opinions raised by readers - which prompted me to re-analyze the logic behind my subconscious actions - when I was a child, I saw female characters in some entertainment works being called vixens. I would fight back for her from the perspective of "Thank you for saying she is beautiful" or "Thank you for saying she is attractive", deliberately interpreting malicious derogatory words as compliments. But now that I think about it carefully, this seemingly rebellious deconstruction, although well-intentioned, is essentially still trapped within the aesthetic framework of male narratives. Evaluating women from the perspective of appearance and sexual attractiveness, even if it is a "praise", is still a very disrespectful and contemptuous behavior. Even if it is interpreted, the malice contained in the original words cannot be ignored. After realizing the inappropriateness and naivety of it, I deleted it and later changed it to the more neutral word "mean".
