Blurb:
Shen Yi transmigrates into the body of a commoner who works as a real estate broker in an ancient city. Her family is poor, her relatives are pressuring her to marry, and after five months on the job, she still hasn't sold a single house.
No big deal. In her previous life, she was a real estate agent.
Shuishanfang is outside the city, Lejufang has been shut down, and the shops in Dayefang are in a bad location. Watch her turn things around, send her sales soaring, and fill her purse with silver.
Young master, the first time we met, you accidentally set my clothes on fire. Could you let go of my hand? You've been holding it for an hour. Where did your cool restraint and proper seriousness go? Why are you so clingy?
Pei Yunwen was born into a distinguished family and passed the imperial exams at a young age. He was virtuous and never got close to women. He never imagined that before he could even speak, a female real estate broker would reject him. He stormed away in anger without asking why, and the incident became an unresolved knot in his heart. Whenever he thought about it afterward, he felt regret. Was he upset that someone as accomplished as him had been rejected, or that things had never even begun...
A little scene:
The person she hadn't seen in six months suddenly appeared before her. Shen Yi felt a joy she hadn't even known she felt. "Pei Yunwen."
She'd rejected him, yet now she was acting so warmly. Pei Yunwen suppressed his irritation and said coolly, "And who might you be, miss?"

A warm, clever, gentle yet strong and independent heroine, and an elegant, handsome hero who is anxious about losing her, utterly adores her, and can't stop clinging to her.
Reader's Guide:
The dynasty is fictional, and so is the story. It focuses on everyday life and has a leisurely, detailed style.

Recommended ongoing novel: "The Grand Princess Is Carrying Her Archrival's Child." Please add it to your collection!
Qi Mingzhu transmigrates into a tragic novel as a princess who has a title but is not loved. In the book, her younger brother drowns, while she is sent to a remote region to marry for political reasons and dies of illness on the way there.
She doesn't want to suffer the same tragic fate as the character in the book, so she has only one path: help her younger brother ascend the throne. Her greatest enemy on that path is Fu Tingxiu, who the book says succeeds in the succession struggle and takes control of the government. Luckily, there's still time: Fu Tingxiu hasn't become regent yet.
But not everything goes according to plan. She and Fu Tingxiu accidentally take an aphrodisiac together, and spend one reckless night.
Even more unexpectedly, she becomes pregnant. Qi Mingzhu agonizes over whether to keep the child. Fu Tingxiu is too exceptional in both looks and intelligence; it would be such a waste not to have a child with genes that good.

Fu Tingxiu is the head of the Fu family. Handsome and refined, he is young but almost unnaturally clever, as well as ruthless.
His whole life has been carefully arranged. Only once did he show compassion because of a pair of eyes: while under the effects of an aphrodisiac himself, he helped Qi Mingzhu, who was also under its influence, escape. From then on, everything slipped out of his control.
But none of that matters. His first priority is still the family's honor. If Qi Mingzhu stands in his way, then either she dies or he does. There is no third option.
After losing the succession struggle, Fu Tingxiu stood at the Ten-Mile Pavilion outside the capital, watching the Imperial Guards gallop toward him. Qi Mingzhu pulled back the carriage curtain and tossed out a little boy. "He's your son. You raise him."
The carriage sped away in a cloud of dust.
Theme: Sharing knowledge about real estate and celebrating the strength of resilient women
Nice! It's true that the ending was too hasty. More extras!
Seriously? Just like in Chapter 89, you still need to charge me Jinjiang coins.
"She works hard" is a big bug for the author~ Work hard for a year
The male protagonist has a serious mysophobia. He is a rich man. He will burn his clothes if he doesn't want them anymore.
Like the cover, it's so refreshing, good-looking, comfortable and stress-relieving
Is it wrong to call other girls "girl" here?
The hero is back hahahahaha
There shouldn't be such chaos near the Imperial College
So disgusting. . . . I am speechless. This man named Lu
Fatten up a bit, hehe 😆 (pretending to be cute 🐰)
