My Iceberg Boss Secretly Desires Me

■ Will add this to the cooking list once it reaches 1,000 favorites.

Shi Jin was an utterly ordinary office drone.

Every day, she worked from nine to five, sometimes putting in unpaid overtime.

Life was simple and uneventful, but also dull and monotonous.

One day, a new manager was parachuted in from headquarters.

The woman was coolly beautiful, decisive in her actions, and so cold she seemed devoid of human feeling.

Shi Jin was just one of the many employees under her, and had no real connection to her.

After that,

The trash left by Shi Jin's door was always taken away before she could get to it.

Her faded underwear, a fountain pen that had run dry, a sweater with a hole in it...

Shi Jin thought nothing of it.

That is, until the company retreat, where she was plied with drinks until she was thoroughly drunk.

She woke with a splitting headache and found herself handcuffed in an unfamiliar place.

A piece of cloth covered her eyes. Through the blur, she could make out someone approaching.

When that person leaned down to kiss her, Shi Jin caught the scent on her, exactly the same as the perfume that sometimes drifted from her new boss.
