If you like it, please give this story a little collection! The companion story is also in my author column: "Moonlit Sea."
The full draft is ready. I'll start posting soon ovo
Fussy little fireball sunshine girl vs. withdrawn, reclusive, gloomy guy
Shen Tinglan had been called a little fireball by her parents ever since she was young. In her first year of high school, she unexpectedly ended up living with the Zhou family. Mrs. Zhou told her that her son was a gloomy, withdrawn boy.
Shen Tinglan refused to believe it, but no matter how much she acted up, Zhou Qingyan remained completely indifferent.
On the day she came of age, Shen Tinglan accidentally walked in on someone kissing.
That night, she pushed open Zhou Qingyan's bedroom door. Meeting his cool, inquisitive gaze, she blurted out, "Brother, have you ever kissed anyone?"
"If you haven't, should we give it a try?"
The Zhou family's young master, who had been withdrawn for years, was finally pushed into saying his very first swear word.
When they met again, Zhou Qingyan had become a new generation of business tycoon, standing at the very top of the business world.
At an auction, he bought Shen Tinglan's painting, which had been forgotten in a corner, for the highest price.
Everyone praised Zhou Qingyan's discerning taste. Little did they know that, in a room where no one could see them, the man's gaze was deep and intense as his cold presence hemmed Shen Tinglan into a corner.
Amid the footsteps and hubbub outside the door, he lightly brushed a fingertip across the corner of her trembling eye, almost familiarly. His tone was dangerous with barely restrained desire, yet maddeningly tender: "Shen Tinglan, you were the one who came after me first."
One day, Shen Tinglan secretly searched online for "a reclusive man in bed..." because their sex life wasn't going well.
As she focused on the screen, a shadow fell over her.
She had no idea when Zhou Qingyan had come up behind her. His collar was slightly open, his collarbones sharply defined. His still gaze moved from the screen to her flushed face.
Then he suddenly bent down. His cool fingertips lifted her chin and slowly traced downward, unhurried, as if handling his prey. His warm breath brushed her ear. "Curious?"
"Then let's try it."
