The hospital doors shut at midnight, trapping all six inside. Their names are plainly written in the tattered medical records; a white figure flashes past at the end of the corridor; in the operating room, the masked director raises a scalpel...

As they investigate, the six discover that the hospital is far more than it appears. The strange symbols in the medical records, the director's so-called "treatment plan," the children's song that keeps recurring in Lin Yu's dreams... Every clue points to a horrifying truth: their connection to this hospital runs far deeper than they ever imagined.
