So here's the question: In the Detective Conan world of Japan, how can we pursue Peace and love in a Detective Conan-style way?

I'm currently building up a stock of chapters. The first playthrough is finished, and I'm starting to post.
[Things to know before reading]
1. The author is a sucker for beautiful faces. The heroine has to be astonishingly beautiful, an absolutely stunning beloved by all, but not a rainbow-colored Mary Sue, thank you!
2. The author loves trashy drama. This story will have every kind of melodramatic and utterly ridiculous trope. There will be very little detective work, so click at your own risk.
3. The heroine is a diva, beautiful and bratty, causing trouble wherever she goes. She doesn't have the traditional virtues of gentleness, kindness, courtesy, restraint, and humility, nor the virtue of being faithful to one person. She's not a member of the traditional-women's-virtues club!
4. Each playthrough has a different male lead, and affection levels carry over between playthroughs.
5. Lots of original worldbuilding, melodrama, and one-sided crushes, with a love rivalry. The heroine won't suffer!
6. The author loves beautiful faces and wants to write a different kind of Detective Conan Mary Sue story. Some chapters will touch on real-world topics. The author will add notes under certain chapters to explain the real-world material and help readers understand them.
