The Mad Dog and His Widow Sister-in-Law

Huo Chen could never forget his sister-in-law Yuanyuan, who had been cast into the cold palace.

They had known each other since childhood, but he was taciturn by nature and only knew how to ride and hunt. Unlike his elder brother, he didn't know how to charm girls, and Yuanyuan had always looked down on him. In the end, she married his brother.

Not long after his brother ascended the throne, he was assassinated. With a powerful army at his command and many victories to his name, Huo Chen was enthroned as the new emperor. He thought that now his brother was dead, he ought to bring his sister-in-law out of the cold palace and look after her.

He wanted to have her, no matter what it took.
