This is the story of a chuunibyou who created a forum called [Nest] in 2001. In just two short years, it had more than ten thousand members. The forum's main activity was role-playing, with titles assigned according to experience. Its political system was based on □□, and the chuunibyou founder, who was also the forum's so-called □□ boss, told his friends on the forum in 2015 that his studies were too demanding and he had to leave. One friend tried to talk him out of it, and the two chatted all day. Unexpectedly, the friend ended up brainwashed by the chuunibyou.
Before leaving, the chuunibyou told his friend, "If you can create a real-world [Nest] before 2010, I'll come back." And so…
A group of people with the power to rule the world, but no desire to do so, meets a chuunibyou who wants to rule the world but lacks the power.
