But Tu Li couldn't pay the money back just yet. In the end, after talking until his mouth was dry and spinning a whole lot of lies, he negotiated an addendum with the Daoist sect, made in two copies and valid forever.

To grant a human one wish, within his power.

But Tu Li had never expected the human's wish to be saving someone whose lifespan had run out. That clearly went against a god's duties in modern society.

Unless the god took pity on the human and shared their lifespan.

And one requirement for sharing a lifespan was having a child together.
