My Dad Is Emperor Gaozu of Han

(Updates at 8 p.m. tonight. Note added 3/21.) Liu Xiao'ao transmigrated and found himself with a complicated family. Liu Xiao'ao: I have a father in ancient times. Apparently his name is Liu Bang, and he kicks his kids out of the carriage when he's running away. Liu Bang: The day Xiang Yu's thirty thousand troops chased me until I was running for my life, my own son kicked me off the carriage again and again. Liu Ying: My younger brother, who lives with our ancestor in another world, always surprises me. But I don't know why or when it started. He often hugs the rag doll Mother made and puts on a show of tearing off its arms and legs, then asks me if I'm scared. Liu Jia: Having another younger brother hasn't caused me any trouble, except that he keeps asking young officers in the army whether I like them and would be willing to marry them. He's also very supportive of me having three wives and four concubines... Lu Zhi: Both my sons are especially clever. That doesn't affect me in the slightest. Liu Ruyi: I have a nickname, Coal Ball. Apparently, when I was born, Father held me and said, "This child takes after me." The refined and elegant crown prince replied, "Indeed, he's just as dark." Father flew into a rage, and the crown prince said, "We could call him Coal Ball. You can't even tell that's about his dark complexion." From then on, my name was Liu Coal Ball. Lady Qi: I'm so furious! I can't accept it! And now I'm really going to die. Lady Bo: They're all idiots. Liu Heng: I don't have any special nickname, but apparently I almost wasn't born, because the refined and elegant crown prince didn't want our father having too many children to compete with him for the family fortune. The mature Liu Xiao'ao, who had brought all this about, quietly said nothing. Liu Ying smiled slightly. His reputation might have taken a hit, but he was quite happy with the arrangement. P.S. The male lead will transmigrate into Liu Ying's body as a child, then later transmigrate bodily to the Han dynasty. As usual, a playful historical novel that doesn't take itself seriously. Theme: A harmonious family makes for a harmonious society.
