(The main story is complete. Extra chapters will be updated from time to time. My new book, My Rebellious Disciples Insist on Being Simps, So I Switched Them Out and Now They’re Panicking, is currently being serialized. If you’re interested, give it a look!)
[New book blurb:
Shen Qingyun’s three rebellious disciples insist on being someone’s simp, and they’ve all chosen the same person.
To restore the spiritual roots of the woman they love, they force Shen Qingyun to take her as a disciple.
Youngest disciple: “Master, if you don’t take Lian’er as your disciple, don’t expect me to cultivate properly from now on!”
Second disciple: “And don’t expect me to discuss cultivation techniques with you anymore!”
Eldest disciple: “Master, I’ve followed you for so many years. There are things you wouldn’t want people to know, things that could ruin your reputation, right?”
This is hilarious. Why do they think he cares about any of that?
They want him to take on a disciple, do they?
Shen Qingyun swept his hand through the air. Fine, he’d take one. Three wasn’t enough, and neither was four. He’d take a hundred, a thousand!
They could have had a master teacher tutor them one-on-one, but instead they insisted on attending a lecture with everyone else.
Later, the three rebellious disciples watched as Shen Qingyun’s followers grew in number and all the resources that had once been devoted to them went to other people. They started to panic...
Later still, Shen Qingyun took on another disciple.
In front of him, the new disciple went, “Waaah, Master, they’re bullying me...”
If Shen Qingyun so much as neglected him a little, he’d whimper with his pretty eyes turning red. “Does Master not want me anymore?”
But in front of others: “So you’re the one who goes by ***? I heard you were talking about my master behind his back.”
The good news: The new disciple is exceptionally talented, grateful, and considerate.
The bad news: The new disciple is a simp, too.]
Now, the blurb for this story
The Ninth Hall King of Hell in the Underworld has a beloved disciple who recently went up to the mortal realm to cause trouble. Since the little ghost was practically raised by him, the King of Hell asked a friend in the mortal realm to look after her.
His cold-faced friend said, “I can only promise she won’t starve,” but lay awake all night, tossing and turning. It was his first time looking after a little ghost. Would being too nice spoil her?
So, the first time he met her, he told her, “I don’t like trouble. I’m not going to clean up after you like your master does.” Later, when the little ghost shouldered her grievances alone, he asked, “Why didn’t you come to me when you were wronged?”
At first he said, “I don’t support layabouts.” Later, when the little ghost got up early to work, he wrapped his arms around her from behind and murmured, “Can’t you spend a little more time with me?”
The little ghost chattered away at his side, and he said, “You should build a social life of your own.” Later, when she filmed a romantic scene with a movie star, he pinned her behind a hotel room door, eyes red. “Is he the reason you didn’t come home?”
One King of Hell was congratulating himself for finally getting rid of his troublemaking disciple. Then one day, on a whim, he went to visit his little ghost and saw his friend coaxing her into calling him “hubby.” His deadpan face flushed red with fury, and he grabbed his friend by the collar and roared, “Is this how you look after my ghost?”
Liang Huanhuan was that little ghost. Somehow, she returned to the living world in the body of a deceased real heiress. Not only was she constantly targeted by the fake heiress, but her parents also played favorites.
Huh?
The fake heiress was using dark magic to steal her fortune? She could have all that yin energy, then~
From then on, misfortune dogged the fake heiress while Liang Huanhuan’s career took off. One livestream was all it took for her to go viral and break into the entertainment industry.
Why was the entertainment industry such a cesspool? Why did everyone act so high and mighty?
It was time to give the entertainment industry a taste of the Underworld’s power.
*An award-winning actress accused her of disrespecting her seniors and throwing her weight around?
She said, “The children you lost are standing right behind you.”
A few days later, a scandal broke: the actress had turned her own children into Kuman Thong spirits. She was imprisoned for murder.
* A famous director accused her of shamelessly climbing into his bed in the middle of the night to land a role.
She said, “An actress you exploited and drove to take her own life asked me to say hello.”
The next day, the actress’s family filed a real-name report accusing the director of murder, and he threatened their safety.
In short, every celebrity who deliberately went after Liang Huanhuan ended up disgraced in some bizarre way.
Liang Huanhuan: “Who’s next?”
She was kidding. Holding the Book of Life and Death was like holding the whole human race’s fate in her hands!
From then on, no one in the entertainment industry dared meet her eyes. The movie star rushed to clear a path for her on the red carpet, the popular young actor bent down to hold up her skirt, and every rising star called her “Sis.”
Theme: Good and evil are always repaid in the end, even if not in the mortal realm, then in the Underworld!
I'm a little confused. I feel like the heroine has never been a human being but she seems to know a lot about human society and even knows about AI. To be honest, I feel like my dad and the rest of his generation may not know that.
This chapter is very well written, I feel it, Huanhuan is very cute^_^ Speaking of which, the master is not the second male lead, I feel that the family line is also very easy to tie.
"In Slow Brain" is a big bug for the author~ full
Oh well, things are starting to get interesting. I was a little out of breath after reading the dozen or so chapters of Dalian's Recruitment and Abuse Scumbag. Now it's much better and I can take a breath.
The protagonist is really useless but still relies on men. . .
What is written here is very touching
