When she was eleven, Cathy Horton received three gifts that would change her life: a runespoor named Dolly, whose fate mirrored her own; an acceptance letter carrying the scent of the Atlantic breeze; and a warning from her mother's notes: "Don't let the shackles of blood purity clip the Thunderbird's wings."
From the banks of the Charles River to Hogwarts, a little witch with the sweet scent of American maple syrup was stirring ripples through the Wizarding World with her wand.
When the stars of Slytherin awoke beneath the Thunderbird's wings, when spells like comet trails lit up the Halloween corridors, and when her father's memories of Quidditch overlapped with Harry's flight path, Cathy finally realized...
The alchemical runes appearing on parchment, Professor Snape's hesitant glances, and the comet emblem shimmering inside the Prophecy Orb all hinted at a shocking secret buried in the gap between the British and American Wizarding Worlds...
"Dear diary: Today, the Chosen One said my Sparkfire Charm was cool, but Pansy says if Dolly steals her jewelry again, she'll turn my Potions essay into a troll's sock."
[Not-So-Serious Blurb]
One day, Cathy suddenly realized that something was off about this crowd of wizards.
A certain Dark Lord: "I ran into a max-level succubus in the starting village. I gave it everything I had and still couldn't win."
Cathy: ??
Dumbledore: "I don't think you gave it everything."
Fred: "The Order of the Phoenix application doesn't say we can't date while we're in the group, does it?"
Cathy: "Is that the point?!"
Everyone in the Order of the Phoenix: ... (Feels like we're part of this couple's play.)
Even her American childhood friend...
William: "What's wrong with Ilvermorny? Why insist on going to Hogwarts? Who could possibly be waiting for you in Britain?"
She tried to find a sensible Ravenclaw to analyze everyone's condition, only to get face-slapped in an instant.
A certain Ravenclaw prefect: "Even Arithmancy can't calculate how you feel."
Cathy gave up and tried to listen to music to calm herself down, but then...
Kevin: "Sorry... You're too close. I just can't help getting distracted."
Cathy finally gave in to despair. The Wizarding World is doomed. There's no saving it.
A few author notes:
Comments on individual chapters are open.
Original female protagonist in the next generation, not a transmigrator, with just a tiny golden finger.
The heroine is ambitious, fiercely self-aware, and not your typical sweet girl.
Everyone gets a redemption arc except the Death Eaters.
There are melodramatic plotlines (amnesia, being reborn, revenge...).
I'll do my best to save the characters whose fates were heartbreaking.
There are lots of crossovers with the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them series. Don't worry if you haven't seen it, you'll still understand the story.
The ending will be happy, most likely one-on-one, though the heroine might end up single and thriving.
Every male lead will get a one-on-one happy-ending extra.
If you'd like to see a bad or neutral ending, let me know in the comments.
After finishing the main story, I'll add some sweet moments and various fluffy what-if stories.
Of all the male leads, Tom appears the latest, but his storyline is very important. You could also call this story: After Saving the Dark Lord, She Faked Her Death.
Tom's storyline has a very different feel from those of the other male leads: pseudo-adoption, younger man who grows into an older man, and a groveling chase to win her back... He stands out through his twisted nature~
Theme: Love is closer to the true nature of magic than hatred
[Let me be healthy] Do you want to read Annie's story? If possible, I might open a book about relaxing daily life for parents.
I felt that the author's early plot jumps were very abrupt, but because the plot was really interesting, I persisted in reading it. I don't know whether it is because I am used to it, or because the author is improving, but the jumps are not so abrupt anymore. I'm a little confused about Tom's line. Cathy's parents died because of fighting against him. I feel like most people can't get over this hurdle. And with Cathy's character, it's impossible to put aside the evil things Tom did. How will the emotional line develop? I look forward to the next update.
I don't quite understand why the scene suddenly changed to the next one.
I hope the heroine will be beautiful in the end, but there is a big if line [panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head][panda head]
What is the fighting form like?
Don't panic, don't panic, who says friendship can't be mixed with heartache 🐶
Hehe, yes, they are worthy 😍
Tom, please work harder, I am with you, why is Fred in the position now, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, damn it [bursts crying] Although I recommend Gemini, in this book I am on your side, Tom, you have to be brave!
Tom's jealous look is really cool, hahaha. I hope the teacher can write more about Shura Field.
[Spread flowers][Spread flowers][Spread flowers] Baby~ Hey hey hey, Tom just wants to chase his wife obediently
