First, a few potential dealbreakers (though they might also count as highlights):
1. The protagonist is a woman. It seems many people don't like stories with female protagonists, but in this story, her feminine traits won't be very prominent. There will also be no ambiguous romantic tension or protagonist-focused shipping. Nor is she the delicate, fragile girl people usually imagine.
2. The protagonist has no love interest. The only couple will be the canon pairing, Red and Zuma.
3. This story contains a lot of original content, including several original characters. They won't affect the plot, though they will appear in everyday scenes and side stories, and may occasionally help move the plot forward, but not much.
4. This story follows only the world setting of Aotu World Seasons 1 through 3. It does not follow Season 4 or the new version of Aotu World, which the official team has yet to release.
5. The author won't favor any particular canon character too much, except for Palos, because the author is a Palos fan. Even then, Palos will only get a little extra screen time.
6. The author will try to portray the characters' personalities consistently with the original story and their own understanding of them, and will do their best to avoid making them act out of character. However, their personalities may change somewhat because of the protagonist.
7. Everyone will survive the ending. I don't want my own story to have regrets, too.
8. The protagonist is strong, healthy, capable, and well-connected.
Now, for the story introduction:
A girl with orange hair stands at the boundary between darkness and light. She was once the sunset before the dark; now she is the rosy dawn before daybreak.
This is the author's first story, so the writing may be a little rough. Feel free to offer suggestions.
Theme: An ending where no one dies
