[Third-person narration, dual perspectives]
Qin Yi was an early-death NPC in a novel, and my beginner's gift.
As a brilliant young director, he lost his sight and was left chronically ill while saving his secret husband of many years, an acclaimed actor.
That actor still wouldn't leave him alone. He joined forces with his other lackeys to wring every last bit of value out of him. According to the plot, Qin Yi couldn't bear the torment and took his own life six months later, leaving his estate to me, the person who cared for him through the final stretch of his life.
The first time we met, Qin Yi was slumped in a bathtub, blood running from his wrist in a shocking red stream. Mistaking me for his husband, he threw the script he'd poured his heart into at me and told me to get out. I bent down, lifted him out, and complimented his beautiful fair skin.
I despised his self-sacrificing, saintly personality. I gave him a taste of his own medicine by ruining his husband's reputation and making him kneel at Qin Yi's feet to beg forgiveness. I have no interest in picking up someone else's trash, so I cured Qin Yi and watched the light return to his dull eyes.
I am a transmigrator, a Dragon-Aotian-type protagonist who worked myself to the bone in my past life and brought the script with me. I can reach the top through my own efforts, and of course I can also force Qin Yi to live longer and stand with him beneath the spotlights on the awards stage.
As for the Dragon-Aotian's completion reward...
Qin Yi is fair and gorgeous, with a slender waist and long legs. He'd make the perfect wife for me.
Qin Yi was diagnosed with permanent blindness, ending any chance of pursuing the career he loved. He felt free after dumping his ex-husband, but no longer had much desire to keep living.
Unfortunately, his newly hired young assistant kept getting on his nerves. He fussed over the scars on Qin Yi's skin, what he ate at every meal, and his trips to the rooftop for fresh air. He kept pestering Qin Yi to coach his acting, and couldn't memorize his lines unless he rested his head on Qin Yi's lap. Qin Yi's suicide plans were postponed again and again.
Then one day, a figure appeared in his hazy gray vision: broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and eight-pack abs, more striking than any actor he'd ever seen.
There was also a screen floating in midair, with lines of comments drifting across it:
[How did the straight Dragon-Aotian I was reading turn gay??]
[I'm scared I'll fall for a beautiful married man like this too TT. Isn't it true that what you fear will happen?]
[First, take out the ex-husband, then move right in. My lady, will you share a bed with me tonight?]
[Beautiful one, watch out. There's a thief sneaking into your bed tonight.]
Qin Yi rested his chin on his hand, thought for a moment, and changed into a light, soft silk pajama set.

[The blurb has been heavily revised, and the story has changed from a gong's perspective to dual perspectives. Feel free to add it to your collection, everyone.]
Theme: Keep going.
