So after the witch rescues an injured duke's daughter during a practical class, she discovers she's being stalked. A golden-haired figure keeps showing up in disguise at her potion shop, in their different elective classes, and outside her dorm. Unable to take it anymore, the witch recites a strange spell in a perfectly deadpan voice: “Oh, how I wish I could eat a delicious Earl Grey chestnut cake! But the great witch, whose very name terrifies children into silence, can't be seen in a cake shop.” The next day, an Earl Grey chestnut cake appears on her desk. - The witch is stopped and confessed to, amid the crowd's looks of “Oh my god, this person has a death wish.” A vampire gazes at her adoringly and holds up a tomato. “Beautiful Miss Witch, you and I would be a match made in hell. Come be a merry outlaw with me!” Miss Witch, who actually believes in due process, replies icily: “Thanks, but the infamous, evil, bloodthirsty Great Witch has no need for love.” The next day, a pink letter scented with freesia appears on the counter of her potion shop. - “It takes a witch ten minutes to eat one of her favorite Earl Grey chestnut cakes. So how many cakes' worth of time will it take to win the witch's heart?” The golden-haired young lady is still trying to find the answer today. My own take on Western fantasy, with lots of original worldbuilding. A slice-of-life Western fantasy academy story, probably a chaotic mix of adventure, competitions, and romance.
