Twin brothers competing for the heroine | Six-year age gap | Size difference
The younger brother schemes to seduce her. Strangers in public, passionately kissing in private.
At eighteen, Pei Ran was sent to the Shang family with one task: for her family’s sake, seduce Shang Xingyun, the head of the Shang family, and marry him.
Everyone said the elder Shang brother was gentle and refined. No one dared say that the younger son, Shang Zhiyan, was vindictive, devious, and a complete bastard.
Though the twins had identical faces, their personalities were worlds apart. Both were formidable and ruthless, and no one dared speak out.
Pei Ran was stunningly beautiful, but slow to catch on and utterly hopeless at acting flirtatious.
For her family’s sake, one night she deliberately drank herself silly and stumbled into his arms.
His scorching hands tightened around her waist. Dizzy with desire, Pei Ran offered him her lips, kissing his cool, heartless mouth.
Only the next morning did she discover that the man she had successfully seduced wasn’t Shang Xingyun, but his younger brother, Shang Zhiyan, the madman everyone in the capital feared.
She never expected that Shang Zhiyan would cling to her afterward, tormenting her without restraint.
-
Terrified, Pei Ran wanted nothing more than to cut ties with him.
To make up for her mistake, at a banquet one evening she blushed and nervously slipped a room key into Shang Xingyun’s suit pocket.
As she waited in the room, the door opened. Pei Ran sat on the edge of the bed, too shy to look up. The next second, he gripped her chin and forced her to raise her head.
He crushed her red lips, ravaging them until they were swollen and bruised. Watching her cry from the pain, he smiled cruelly.
"Pei Ran, after sleeping with me all this time, you still can't tell me apart from my brother?"
Only then did Pei Ran realize she had given the key to the wrong person: Shang Xingyun’s twin brother, Shang Zhiyan.
-
The capital was thrown into turmoil as storms closed in.
Pei Ran had failed her mission. Her family took her back and discarded her like a pawn, preparing to send her cousin to take her place.
On the night she was leaving, Shang Zhiyan stopped her by force.
Pei Ran looked at him, her eyes red, her body covered in suggestive marks.
She said, "Shang Zhiyan, can you stop bullying me?"
Looking at her luggage, Shang Zhiyan laughed in anger. "Pei Ran, which one of us is bullying the other?"
"You couldn't seduce my brother, so you're leaving? But seducing me doesn't count?"
* One man, one woman; first sexual partners; happy ending
* The heroine is timid, pampered, and a beautiful airhead [highlighted]
* The hero and second male lead are identical twins. The hero is a deranged bastard, and the second male lead is a depraved gentleman. Neither is a good person, and neither is a perfect character.
* The romantic tension is fantastic! The heroine has the hero wrapped around her finger.
* For content warnings, see the author's note in Chapter 1. Please decide for yourself about anything else.

A dazzling, spoiled heiress from Beijing's elite circle x a cunning dom and powerful Hong Kong tycoon
Arranged marriage between wealthy families | Dating before marriage | Eight-year age gap | Size difference | Instinctive attraction
Song Shiwei is Beijing’s most dazzling red rose: rebellious and extravagant, she spends money like water, and her breathtaking beauty has countless people chasing after her.
She moves through one glittering social scene after another, indulging in luxury and excess. No one tries to stop her, and no one dares.
Until one day, Miss Song finally met her match.
Before she could even enter the banquet hall, a man grabbed her wrist and, with a gentle but unyielding expression, ushered the stunned Song Shiwei into his car.
Everyone inside watched in astonishment. When they remembered the man’s face, they were even more shocked.
He was the head of Hong Kong's Fu family, and Song Shiwei’s fiance, Fu Guanlan.
-
Fu Guanlan was the head of Hong Kong’s most powerful and prestigious family. His methods were decisive, yet he rarely appeared in public. What people talked about most was his refined, elegant appearance.
After they married, Song Shiwei belatedly discovered what lay beneath Fu Guanlan’s gentle, modest facade.
His cravings in certain matters were so intense they bordered on the pathological.
He left her exhausted almost until dawn each time.
Unable to take it anymore, Song Shiwei fled back to Beijing in the middle of the night. Entertainment gossip outlets happened to photograph her, covered in marks.
In an instant, rumors that the Fu and Song families’ marriage was in crisis, and that Fu Guanlan might be abusing her, dominated the trending searches.
Then, on a rainy night, the man flew from Hong Kong to Beijing and knocked on her door in the middle of the night.
He was gentle, polite, and impeccably mannered, but his usually crisp suit was wrinkled. "If you don't like it, could we do it less often?"
Song Shiwei gave a coquettish little huff. "You have to agree to three rules. You can't be so insatiable."
Fu Guanlan bowed his head with a soft laugh. "Whatever you say."
The next day, Song Shiwei posted a photo of them together, setting the entire internet ablaze.
In the photo, the man wore silver-rimmed glasses and was warming up breakfast tea. Perhaps realizing he was being photographed, he turned to look at her, his expression gentle and his lips curved in a smile, his eyes full of tender, lingering love.
Song Shiwei captioned it: No marital trouble. We're still very much in love.
* First sexual partners for both, happy ending; completely pure in both body and heart
* A romance between heirs to top wealthy families, dating after marriage. The hero dotes on the heroine, who enjoys a smooth, pampered life for the rest of hers.
* As the blurb says, the hero is a little unwell. He is not a perfect character.
Theme: Love means choosing each other.
