Peace Beneath the Wutong Tree

Sha Ren has a silver plane-tree leaf engraved with the character "An," though he has no idea where it came from. He has no memories of anything before the age of nineteen, and every attempt to remember gives him a splitting headache. Everyone calls him Song Ping, but that isn't who he is. Lately, a man named Ji Ye has been constantly turning up in front of him. The man calls himself "A Ping." Sha Ren finds him annoying, yet lets Ji Ye stay at his home. Then he receives a threatening letter demanding that he hand over the plane-tree leaf. Only then does he discover a miniature USB drive hidden inside it, its files locked behind a password. Desperate to find out what is going on, he makes a replica of the leaf and secretly sets off alone, without telling Ji Ye.
