After the college entrance exams, Shi Sui dragged her cousin along on a trip to Yunnan.
For her first meal after arriving, she couldn't wait to try mushroom hot pot, and, just as expected...
She got poisoned.

Half an hour later, Shi Sui was exhausted from chasing little people around.
She looked up and spotted a utility pole in the distance. Without thinking, she walked over and leaned against it.
Chen Jihuai, who had just happened to be passing by, was bewildered. "...?"
He instinctively tried to pull her away, but Shi Sui slapped a hand onto his abs and complained furiously, "Why is this utility pole moving around?!"

Only after she woke up the next day did Shi Sui learn how much trouble she'd caused.
The person she'd harassed was none other than Chen Jihuai, the aloof, arrogant guy with a ridiculously high score record and stunning looks, who'd once caused a sensation through half their school.
And, by sheer coincidence, he was her former crush.
Remembering what she'd done the day before, she wanted the ground to swallow her. She was so mortified she wanted to dig a hole and escape, but Chen Jihuai grabbed her by the collar and pulled her back.
"Go on, explain." He raised his eyes, his dark pupils fixed on her. "How are you going to make this up to me?"
After a few seconds of silence, Shi Sui hunched her shoulders and ventured, "...How about I give you some money?"
Chen Jihuai sneered. "You sure said some filthy things."
Shi Sui: "??"
Chen Jihuai's mouth twitched, his expression quite unpleasant. "Sorry, I have no plans to become a male model."
Shi Sui: "..."
