The Rational Younger Man's Unrequited Love

A rational male lead eight years younger x a gentle, rational female lead

[The male lead is still in elementary school when he meets the female lead. He has a one-sided crush on her until adulthood.] [Sorry, I'm notorious for changing the title.]

Can a child's open crush ever work out?

Wan Jiayin thinks that when you're a kid, it's normal to see someone you like and say so outright. It's just because you've seen so little. Once you've met more people, you'll realize that admiration and romantic attraction are two different things.

The world is so big. How many people has he even met?

He's still a long way from really liking someone.

But to Yao Nanchuan, liking someone doesn't require comparisons or reasons. If you like someone, you like them. That's all.

"Sis, I really do like you." Yao Nanchuan, now 1.9 meters tall, wrapped his arms around Wan Jiayin from behind and lowered his head, pressing his cheek to hers.

Wan Jiayin turned her head, her hair brushing his cheek.

"Be good and listen to me."

P.S. This story is pure sweetness, with no angst. The heroine has had an ex, while the hero is experiencing his first love.

The male lead is eight years younger than the female lead.

Although the story is tagged as being from the heroine's perspective, whose point of view it uses really depends on the mood.

Theme: Love knows no age or status.
