Lone Wolf Who Keeps His Distance from People X Honest, Simple Little White Cat
Cheng Jinyue died in an accident at the age of eighteen.
A driver with antisocial personality disorder drove drunk to take revenge on society. Cheng Jinyue was unlucky enough to be an innocent passerby caught in the crossfire. When he opened his eyes again, seven years had passed.
A jokester in a white suit squatting beside him claimed to be Bai Wuchang, the White Guardian of the Underworld. He said Cheng Jinyue still had good karma to fulfill, and had a chance to return to the human world and finish what he had left undone in life. The catch was that he needed to find a pure-yang body he had been intimate with while alive and borrow its yang energy.
There was only one person who still fit the bill: his mortal enemy, Duan Mocun.
Duan Mocun: The school bully at A City No. 1 High. Sleeps through class, gets into fights after school, ranks near the bottom on exams, hangs out in bars on weekends, and got a girl pregnant at eighteen, yet refuses to take responsibility. A total scumbag.
When they were alive, one was an exemplary student who followed the rules and excelled in both character and academics; the other was a tyrant who gave teachers headaches and scared his classmates.
The two were constantly at each other's throats, unable to get along. Now, to return to the world of the living, Cheng Jinyue has to cuddle, cling to, kiss, and exchange "bodily fluids" with Duan Mocun, and absorb his yang energy...
Cheng Jinyue: Maybe I should just stay dead.
A few things to know:
One: The top and bottom are both each other's first and only. The pregnancy Duan Mocun supposedly caused was a misunderstanding.
Two: None of the characters are perfect. Thank you for being willing to watch them grow together.
Theme: Be a good person, do good deeds, and earn good karma.
