Luo Shui is a vicious supporting female character. She has a pretty face, which she takes pride in, and she's adept at using it to get what she wants.
Only, she's not the vicious supporting female character in just one book. She's in many books.
One day, the worlds inside various books began to break down and merge into a single world. The male leads and villains from those stories were affected, too, and gradually began to change in eerie ways.
Luo Shui knew nothing about any of this. She simply went on being herself.
In A Dream in the Garden, Shen Chongshan is the eldest son of the Shen family. He falls in love with his father's concubine and wants to elope with her, but she abandons him for wealth and status.
In the original story, Shen Chongshan sees through the wicked woman's true nature, returns to the Shen family, exposes her, and beats her to death.
But in the corrupted timeline, he is the one who dies.
A vengeful ghost wanders the old mansion for a hundred years, waiting for one person.
He thinks that if he sees her again, he will make her wish she were dead.
During a livestream of an outdoor exploration, Luo Shui and her coworkers enter an old mansion. After that, strange things start appearing around her.
One night, she wakes to an icy touch. Opening her eyes, she sees a male ghost pinning her down and holding her.
Then, suddenly, she feels a weight pressing down on her...
"A Shui, you're so beautiful," he whispers in her ear.
The next morning, Luo Shui wakes in a daze and rushes to the bathroom to look in the mirror. She finds no marks on her body.
It was just a dream, she tells herself.
Until a refined CEO with a human head and a serpent's tail pins her to a sofa in his office, teasing her with his tail...
A stern professor whose lower body is made of eerie tentacles secretly tears off one of them during class. It crawls to her waist, and he interacts with her from afar...
A pitiful junior whose body creaks because he's a doll...
A gloomy monster who puts on human skin so he can interact with her in the real world...
Luo Shui steps into an unfamiliar world.
They all hate her. They are all debts she must answer for.
