When Akutagawa Becomes a Vampire Prince

[A sweet and satisfying little Akutagawa and Atsushi story, welcome to sample and bookmark]

It was the seventh year since Akutagawa became a vampire prince.

On the throne, the young and powerful prince was impossible to read. No jewel or beauty could catch his eye.

Even on his birthday, there was little joy on his face. He remained indifferent as gifts came pouring in one after another.

“Your Highness, the Prince, I happened to acquire a half-beast tiger a few days ago. The tiger combines the finest traits of humans and beasts. I present him to Your Highness and wish you eternal power and glory!”

Count Dracula carefully presented his gift.

“...Tiger hybrids are wild and difficult to tame. I deliberately starved him for a while. That way, he won’t have the strength to offend Your Highness, and besides, it’ll be easier for you to feed and tame him yourself...”

Dracula kept rambling, unaware that the prince’s expression was growing more and more grim as he spoke.

The next second

“Shing!”

The banquet hall fell silent at once.

All the dukes, marquises, and counts watched helplessly as the sturdy silver cage was casually swept by the powerful prince and instantly reduced to dust!

“You just said, how did the tiger hybrid become so weak?”
