[Gojo and Geto] Spring's Birth, Winter's Death

[Subject to revision]

For countless days and nights afterward, Gojo Satoru would look back and be grateful he'd been the one to ask, "Geto, are you okay?"

The other man swallowed his bitterness and gave him a perfunctory smile. "I'm fine."

Catboy thinks. Catboy gives up. Catboy puts his paws on his hips. "I'm going with you on your next mission, damn it!"

Foxboy sighs helplessly. "What? Gojo has his own missions, too."

Catboy doesn't hear him. Catboy makes the decision himself. "Then it's settled. Geto, don't you dare sneak off, "

If anything had gone a little differently, would everything have changed?
