Main story:
In stories of faith, sinners who exhaust their virtue through evil and wrongdoing are either cast into the Eighteen Levels of Hell or condemned to endless struggles in the animal realm.
Jing Xue tells herself she hasn't committed that many unforgivable sins, yet her soul is cursed, and she cannot escape this endless cycle, alive or dead.
A tower from the start, all memories lost. How can she escape?
Her wedding is imminent. A golden-maned white horse, a magician, twins...
She overcomes them one by one, and if a whole group comes, she holds them off. Jing Xue wants to see just how they plan to keep her trapped.
