Akagi Takenori is a fine young man: hardworking, ambitious, and determined to succeed. Just as his basketball career reaches its peak, his love life falls into crisis. His beloved wife, Ayako, has been having an affair with Miyagi, his former high school teammate, and the son he has always cherished turns out not to be his. Th-this... Akagi, who sacrificed himself to save his romantic rival, ends up transmigrating. Well, his failed life in his previous world had already left him too ashamed to face anyone, so being reborn is even better. But why have all his friends and family from his previous life appeared in this world, too? What? This is a kingdom of women? It's a world where men give birth? Heavens, do you have no sympathy at all?

Let's spare some sympathy for this man, Akagi!
