Does the Tragic Novel Heroine Have to Do Infrastructure Too?

After dying in an accident, xx was bound to an angsty-romance heroine System. If she completed the missions, she could come back to life and claim a mysterious grand prize.

The System selected a beginner mission for her. All she had to do was follow the original story's plot and see it through.

xx looked at the mission title: The Young Master Han's Substitute Lover: Sweetheart, Don't Even Think of Running Away.

...It was a little old-fashioned, but for that grand prize, she could do it!

The System was thrilled. "With that kind of confidence, we can succeed at anything!"

The two rookies hit it off and initiated the teleportation.

Once they arrived, xx took in the dilapidated surroundings, the dusty streets, and the poor people dressed in rough hemp clothes. She fell silent...

Nobody told her this original story was set in ancient times?!!!

The System could only grit its teeth and insist that there had been a minor glitch, but that none of it mattered. They just had to complete the mission and finish the main story. Then they would still get what they wanted!

Mission list: Get captured and have your blood transfused into the male lead's first love.

System: ...

xx: ...

Great. Becoming the heroine of an angsty romance starts with building a hospital.
