Kurusu Akira awakened his Persona in elementary school and was good at everything from climbing towers to fighting. But once the battle was over, his seniors unanimously sent the grade-schooler back home to enjoy a normal childhood.

Even so, he lost touch with his seniors and grew up quietly in the countryside until he was old enough for high school. Then one day, he transferred back to Tokyo with his older brother.

Good news: He got an app that lets him enter other people's inner worlds!

Bad news: His Persona disappeared, and if he went into someone else's world, he'd get beaten into a pancake.

With a cheat app but no combat ability, Kurusu Akira could only carry on as an ordinary person, using the app now and then to solve small problems.
