Pear-Flavored Secret Crush

Xue Li was as inconspicuous as a speck of dust on campus. Like most girls, she had a crush on the school's famous heartthrob.

Meng He was handsome and came from a good family. Whenever he played basketball, he could always set every girl cheering.

Unlike the other girls, she had no friend with whom she could share the secret feelings of youth. She was always alone.

Then she met someone: Xu Yiran, a sweet-looking girl who ranked at the top of her class.

When did Xue Li start paying attention to Xu Yiran?

Probably when the unruly Meng He actually offered to help Xu Yiran clean the classroom.

Jealousy wrapped itself around Xue Li. Her eyes were full of envy as she quietly watched Xu Yiran and every moment she spent with Meng He.

One day, when Xu Yiran was cornered by a few hooligans, Xue Li stepped in to save her, and the two became friends.

She got along wonderfully with Xu Yiran. This friend understood her, accepted her, and treated her better than anyone else.

She loved spending time with Xu Yiran and Meng He. She felt no awkwardness about being a third wheel, only the joy of seeing her dream come true.

Once, when Xu Yiran failed to show up for her date with Meng He, he mistook Xue Li for Xu Yiran.
