The Organization's Well-Connected Insider Is Caught in a Love Triangle

[Complete] Blurb 1: Because of the twisted protection (house arrest) of her cheap older brother, Gin, Hanano Chiyoko has been a little bird with broken wings, kept in a cage, ever since she was small. Hanano Chiyoko should have kept lying flat forever, but life is full of surprises. By some strange twist of fate, she took up medicine, the kind that doesn't let you lie flat! So Hanano Chiyoko began the arduous road to becoming a doctor. Sure, her hair kept falling out, but she was getting stronger! (Smug face) Later, the little bird grew up and wanted to break through her chains and fly beyond the clouds to see what was there. So, without telling Gin, she applied for an internship as the school doctor at the police academy. Amid the chaotic ups and downs of her internship, Hanano Chiyoko got to know the four members of the police academy squad and her junior, Doctor Niiide. Having grown up without friends, she experienced for the first time the "pain" of being pulled in too many directions while juggling her friendships. And of course, her older brother Gin would drop by every so often just to make his presence known. To make sure everyone got their "fair share," Hanano Chiyoko wished she could split herself into several people. Even so, her time at the police academy was a rare, happy period in her life, surrounded by the squad's profound "friendship." Hanano Chiyoko thought she would go on being happy like this forever, until one day... People from the liquor organization came looking for her. Hey, since when does buying one member of an organization get you another one for free? That's right, Gin was the one they bought, while Hanano Chiyoko was the freebie! Just when things were bleakest, Hanano Chiyoko turned around and ran into a familiar blond face at a big meeting of the liquor organization. And so began her miserable life as a double agent. Oh, you think such a sudden turn of events must have something to do with a honey trap? Hanano Chiyoko merely waved a hand. She had her own plans. (Serious face) Blurb 2: As a newly hired intern doctor at the police academy, Hanano Chiyoko declared: "I'm out of my cage, and doing great!" You really shouldn't speak too soon. The day after she reported for duty, a certain blond, dark-skinned man mistook her for his beloved childhood friend. Huh? My adoptive mother was murdered, and my adoptive father disappeared ten years ago? Huh? I disappeared for ten years too? Hanano Chiyoko shook her head in disbelief. "You sure know how to joke, buddy. I've been doted on by my big brother ever since I was little. How could I be such a poor, unfortunate kid?!" Unfortunately, the truth hit her like a slap in the face. When Hanano Chiyoko learned what had really happened, she turned to her cheap older brother, the second-in-command of a certain black-clad organization, and shouted in accusation, delivering the iconic line: "What is real?! I'm asking you, what is real?!" *The timeline differs slightly from the original work. @Over 10 fanfics in my collection.
