The third critical review of The Bright Moon of the Tang Dynasty was written at the end of 2022. When the second screen adaptation came out in 2023, personal circumstances kept me from publishing it across the web. I'm now posting it only on Jinjiang and giving it its own separate page.
The chapters that follow are research notes I've written over the years about historical women. I've put them all at the end of this work for now, and welcome your corrections.
Also, I chose the cover back then. I tried to avoid beauty standards, but it still caters to them to some extent.
Premise: How will you record me in the end? By erasing all records of her achievements, promoting her husband's claim of ownership over her, and severing her ties with other women!
