The affiliated hospital of TG Medical University took in the three of you, whose identities were unknown, and assigned you to the psychiatric ward.
The hospital seemed ordinary, but something strange lurked everywhere.
Dr. Kira Yoshikage, a diligent and responsible physician, vanished without explanation;
Dr. Holly Joestar, kind and gentle, suddenly developed dementia;
The head of the hospital, Myobu, seemed to be conducting some secret experiment behind everyone's backs.
The seemingly harmless intern, Tooru, appeared silently behind you as you investigated in secret. "You're a little cat who's going to get killed by her curiosity~"

Tooru: ?????
Anyway, fake being crazy to escape disaster, then find a way to break out of the asylum with your two unlucky fellow patients before they see through you.
