--Only after I have freedom and respect will I let myself fall in love.
Pearl stayed up all night and transmigrated, then fought desperately to escape. Just when she was about to bask in the sun, she discovered the sun was fake and all kinds of ghosts were floating before her eyes. Pearl burst into tears. Who was this man who had captured her and dragged her underground? He kept saying how much he disliked her, so why did he insist on taking her as his wife?
--
Hades was a workaholic of the highest order who thought women would only slow down his judgments. He had no idea why a mortal had absorbed his sacred relic, but gritted his teeth and accepted it anyway. He took Pearl back and made her obediently become Queen of the Underworld. She was not allowed to leave.
From resisting her to growing accustomed to her, Hades thought he would just carry on like this. He never expected so many gods to come after his wife. Furious, Hades drove away his rivals with all his might, while slipping a pomegranate from the Underworld onto her plate after dinner.
Want some?
Whoever you are, don't even think about leaving me!
--
Pearl still ran away. She had no intention of staying underground. She wanted to return to her mother, bathe in sunlight, and be free!
Hades was in turmoil and left her with a threat: "If you leave, don't ever come back."
In truth, he was the first to lose his composure. Who was that god who went out with her?
They were sitting much too close!
Why was she laughing so happily?
No! He had to take her back!
--
Pearl had always thought that Hades kept snatching her back and refusing to let go because he couldn't accept being deceived by her, and because he was fixated on the sacred relic of the Queen of the Underworld.
She never imagined that this man actually liked her!
Close her eyes. This couldn't possibly be true.
A little bonus scene:
Pearl was always complaining that her husband was frigid. Then, when she invited the handsome Adonis over to show him around, a hand suddenly covered her mouth from behind.
"Pearl, didn't you say you liked my body?"
"So, won't you come and have a taste now?"
P.S.:
1. The male lead has the sharpest tongue and is the most stubborn of all. As a king, he's also domineering to the extreme. But a straightforward approach always beats a tsundere, and the heroine and hero are made for each other: a couple who are always at odds.
2. Given his personality, the male lead will of course compete and fight for her again and again. He goes from not understanding love to slowly learning about it, while the heroine holds the upper hand in the relationship.
Please check out my other Greek Mythology story, My Husband Is an Evil God? [Greek Mythology]. I'm looking for advance interest:
Ariadne, princess of the sea kingdom, married a handsome shepherd on a small island.
The island was sparsely populated. Their life after marriage was not wealthy, but her husband cooked and mended clothes, and treated her with tenderness and care. Ariadne thought their life was pretty good, until she discovered she had lost an important memory.
She was supposed to be sacrificed to an evil god by her father. Why had she ended up here? Hadn't she boarded the Athenian prince's ship to escape?
Gradually, she remembered more and more. She discovered that her husband was that very evil god.
So, after all their nights of intimacy, when her husband repeatedly stroked her waist and said he needed to fatten her up, did he mean to eat her?
But when the bloodthirsty Titans arrived, Ariadne discovered there was more to the story.
Watching her husband raise a hand and slaughter every last Titan, then mutter that he'd have to change his clothes again, Ariadne gritted her teeth, closed her eyes, and ran over to hold him tightly.
After all, whether you stretch out your neck or pull it back, the blade will still fall.
She might as well die with a full stomach.

The reclusive god of wine mused: "Didn't you say you'd had enough last night?"
Never mind. Satisfying his wife was a husband's duty.
Come take a look~
Theme: Love is a miracle for those who believe.
Persephone is also a blessed place 🐶
"Is Hades a dog?" This is a big bug for the author~ Hahahaha, because he is a dog man 🐶
It's also called the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, right? 🐶🌹
Was it the human mother or the agricultural goddess who called her?
Why is there only one chapter after not seeing each other for so many days? Damn it
