Shen Qingyi makes a bet with her friends at a bar that she can get the WeChat of a pretty decent-looking guy at the next table in just ten minutes.

But he not only refuses to give it to her, he says he has no plans to date and is enjoying being single.

Since she lost the bet, she has to accept the punishment.

Her friend suggests she join the dating reality show Heartflutter Guide.

A bet is a bet, so Shen Qingyi goes. This is despite the fact that in a few months, she'll be entering an arranged marriage with someone she doesn't know at all.

She tells her parents she's going on the dating show. They don't stop her, but they do show her a photo of her arranged-marriage partner.

Hey, isn't that the guy from the bar?

When Bian Yaolin learns that his family is arranging a marriage for him, he doesn't even want to know what the other person looks like. He bolts out the door without a second thought and rebelliously joins a dating reality show.

But when he arrives, he realizes he may have wandered into some kind of love-rivalry convention.

At first, he does his best to stay out of the fray, until he starts developing feelings for Shen Qingyi.

Then he dives straight into the heart of the rivalry.

None of that is the real problem. The most important thing is that Shen Qingyi is only there for fun and has no serious intention of finding a partner.

P.S. The male lead is the fourth male guest and will appear in the fifth episode.
