Endo Yuri is an unremarkable webcomic artist whose most strenuous daily exercise is going downstairs to pick up food delivery.

But when she closed her eyes and opened them again, she woke up in the body of Sakusa, a starting player for the famous MSBY team.

You know what, an athlete's body really is perfect for anatomical reference... Wait, the deadline's today? Someone save her! She wants to switch back!

Good news: They switched bodies back. Bad news: The only way to transfer their souls is by kissing, and the other person is an extreme germaphobe.

Even worse, every morning they wake up in each other's bodies again.

Ebara Anzu has been transported into a volleyball manga she loves, but something seems off.

Why does Kageyama, who cares about nothing but volleyball, keep looking at her?

He says he loves Anzu and would do anything for her. He even says... he's thinking of giving up playing for a club in Tokyo because of her?

Anzu is stunned. "Don't you love playing volleyball more than anything?"

The System arrives late and tells her this isn't the original story. The original has been accidentally invaded by cliche romance elements. Although Kageyama hasn't changed in any other way, he's become lovesick and has consequently lost his chance to become a national team player. But if she can find a way to get him to go to Italy as in the original ending and sign with a club, he'll break free of the plot's control and get back on track.

To help Kageyama focus on volleyball, Anzu studies hard and gets into the University of Tokyo. Whenever she's not going out with Kageyama, she's cramming Italian. At last, she waits for him to receive an offer from an Italian team.

Then he asks her to move in with him.

Well, if he changes his mind later, she can just move out again. She can think of it as a small reward for all the time she's spent fixing the world.

"You use such complicated words, Anzu. I can't understand you."

"I mean, you don't actually love me. You were just being controlled before."

"You're acting strange today, Anzu." He looks at her, his tone as usual. "How would I not know whether I love you?"
