I've always wondered what a harem series would look like if its protagonist switched genders. You hardly ever see otome anime these days, while male harem anime never seem to go away. So I decided to indulge myself and turn "Bride" into "Groom." The basic plot will follow the original's timeline, but with the gender swap, Furo's personality will obviously differ a bit from Fuutarou's, and the quintuplets will be different too, so the chemistry between them will surely change as well.
Furo's name comes from Fuutarou: Fuutarou becomes Fuuro. The quintuplets' names stay the same.
In my version, the younger sister also becomes a younger brother, and the age gap is smaller. I might also add some original characters of my own.
The ending won't be one-on-one! A happy, open-ended group ending, plus bonus chapters featuring multiple male leads.
You should be able to enjoy this even if you haven't read the original. Just treat it as an otome-style novel!
