After they married, Shi Bing realized that his wife was anything but well-behaved.

She often sent him suggestive messages by mistake, then waited until the very last second to casually retract them. She sent him explicit photos, waited for him to ask about them, then played dumb, gently explaining that she'd sent them to the wrong person. But her eyes, as she looked at him, were clearly expectant. She hoped Shi Bing would expose some secret and then fly into a rage.

Ideally, he'd divorce her.

At twenty-three, she obediently agreed to a marriage arranged between their families and married her childhood friend, Shi Bing. Their days together were cold, and she had to endure everyone's disapproval and mockery, as well as her husband's indifference.

She wanted a divorce, by any means necessary, so she pretended to cheat on him.

No matter how far she went, her husband, who didn't love her, had no intention of divorcing her.

But he was certainly furious.

Whenever they did that sort of thing, Shi Bing took off Yi Zhi's hearing aids. That way, she couldn't hear any panting or lewd sounds, including his sweet nothings.
