Before Song Xinghui had ever died once, he was a chubby boy everyone hated.
His father doted on the illegitimate son he had with his mistress, even letting the mistress and the boy move into their home.
At school, meanwhile, Song Xinghui had to endure bullying led by his half brother and betrayal by his friends.
But when the machines in the hospital began beeping, he finally realized he was the villainous male supporting character in a novel.
His role was to highlight his half brother's excellence and kindness, and to serve as a stepping stone for his perfect love story.
He caused so much trouble that he offended everyone in their circle. Then someone sabotaged him until he couldn't find work anywhere, and he died in poverty.
A year later, a new senior-year transfer student arrived at an elite school in the International Center.
Tall and slender, he bent his head to arrange his books, revealing a neck as white as jade. When their homeroom teacher announced the new student's name, the class erupted in disbelief.
The delicate-looking transfer student before them was none other than the chubby boy who had disappeared for a year, the one everyone had hated: Song Xinghui!
But Song Xinghui seemed to have forgotten all the unpleasant things that had happened before. He looked up at the bullies who had once been so vicious to him and gave them a friendly smile.
After that, the way they looked at Song Xinghui began to change.
The young masters who used to treat him as a laughingstock all thought he had changed a lot. The old Song Xinghui had been dull and clueless, with a hair-trigger temper. They could only joke around with him, and he'd act as if the world were ending.
But the new Song Xinghui knew how to read a room and please them, how to fit in with them. More importantly, he was incredibly alluring after losing weight.
They spent their days fantasizing about putting an arm around his slender waist or sinking their teeth into that tempting neck.
What they never expected was that a revenge plot targeting them had only just begun.
Song Xinghui knew no one would save him. So when people called him wicked, all he could do was show them just how wicked he could be.
His unfaithful father, the half brother and classmates who bullied him, and the bastards who would one day drive him to his death: Song Xinghui wouldn't let a single one of them get away.
Halfway through the story, Song Xinghui suddenly realized that this novel was actually about a romance between two men, and that his half brother was the protagonist's love interest. Following his principle of sparing no one, Song Xinghui added the protagonist's love interest to his little revenge list.
Everyone said the heir of the Lu family was noble and aloof, cold to everyone and impossible to approach.
But when Song Xinghui went to a hotel to take revenge on the two men, the tall, handsome man behind the hotel room door suddenly smiled, despite his usual cold expression. "Big brother, what are you doing here?"
Song Xinghui saw that the other man was a head taller than him, decided he probably couldn't win in a fight, and quietly backed away: ?
