Chronicles of a Wicked Woman

My name is Shen Qingqing. The Qing is the blue-green of a sky waiting for rain.

My master is an elder of the Hehuan Sect.

One day, I regained my memories from before I transmigrated.

Faced with foreign invaders and a people reduced to misery,

I thought Heaven had chosen me to be their savior.

It wasn't until I met the Demon Lord Xie Yuan

that I realized Heaven hadn't given it that much thought.

The Demon Lord Xie Yuan was utterly alone, with no one he cared about.

Though he'd roamed the martial world for nearly twenty years, no one could control him.

Until one day, Shen Qingqing lost all her martial arts and became a cripple.

He hesitated. Should he kill her outright, or keep her imprisoned for the rest of her life?

A wuxia story with no fantasy elements.

Theme: To keep from harming others, the Demon Cult chooses to work things out among themselves
