"I want to give him the whole world, but I'm afraid he won't want it."

Yan Zizhou slams the diary into Li Jinyang's arms.

"Li Jinyang, you like me? You want to keep me locked up? Then open your damn mouth and say it! What kind of freak keeps getting rich in silence?"

"What's more important, your stupid rules for secret crushes or me? You have a mouth, so use it!"

Lin Xu transmigrates into a novel written by his own mother. His mission changes from surviving to reforming Shen Yan, the sinister, obsessive villain.

His mother assures him with absolute confidence that he has definitely been given the script of an overpowered hero!

"Wait! I'm the protagonist, and you're telling me to hit on the second male lead?!"

[It's called saving him, not hitting on him. Isn't the male lead supposed to save the world?]

Even more outrageous, his mother abuses her author-as-Creator privileges and drops him straight into Shen Yan's luxurious villa!

At their first meeting, Shen Yan grabs his chin, eyes icy. "Who sent you? How do you want to die?"

Lin Xu says, "Hello. I'm here to save you and teach you how to love. I didn't want to show up here either. It was mostly my mom's idea."

Shen Yan's murderous intent short-circuits.

When he comes to his senses, he glances at Lin Xu and says coolly, "Psycho," then throws him out.

Lin Xu: What happened to the overpowered hero script we agreed on? Where's my protagonist's halo?!

Lin Xu fumes, smiles, then pathetically carries on with his mission.

But as he dutifully follows the 'hero's script' and raises Shen Yan's affection, he realizes the plot is going more and more off the rails.

Why is Shen Yan's gaze changing from 'interesting prey' to 'my destined wife'?

When Lin Xu shows the villain some warmth, Shen Yan takes it as, 'He loves me so much.'

When Lin Xu tries to reason with him, Shen Yan takes it as, 'A little fighting and scolding is just another way to show affection.'

When Lin Xu and the villain push each other's buttons, Shen Yan takes it as, 'Just a bit of fun between lovers'!

The man who once treated him like he didn't exist has now become a fire that flares up at the slightest touch.

Shen Yan will blindfold him with an expensive tie and slowly kiss every inch of his trembling skin in the dark, then, like a child who hasn't gotten his candy, complain in a voice colored with desire:

"Don't hide... You're already wet."

"Is it for me that you're wet here?"

Until his mother posts a wildly cackling author's note:

[Holy crap! Son, the villain's fantasies have upgraded to R-rated, immersive 4D! Even I'm not allowed to watch what happens next. I'm out of here!]

Lin Xu: "..." Mom!!! What happened to the hero script we agreed on? What happened to saving the world? How did this turn into an erotica novel?!
