[An innocent little tree spirit vs. a shameless Taoist]
A Fu discovered she'd been tricked.
Guan Chen had rescued her from a Taoist and boasted about his powerful magic, but the moment they encountered the owner of the first love token, both of them were sucked into an illusion.
A Fu asked, “Guan Chen, where's your magic?”
Guan Chen grinned. “It's not working.”
Magic can stop working? Is he even a proper Taoist?
Guan Chen was a half-baked Taoist whose magic worked only sometimes, but he didn't care much.
His master was furious that he spent his days lazing about, climbing trees to hunt birds and fishing in rivers instead of practicing. In a fit of rage, he kicked Guan Chen down the mountain and told him he couldn't come back until he'd caught a monster.
Guan Chen planned to do the bare minimum and bring back some little demon. The old man hadn't said what kind, after all. But he discovered that whenever he touched the little demon he'd rescued by chance and planned to bring back as proof, his magic became immensely stronger. He could take on the whole world!

A Fu's older sister is a matchmaking tree. Her lifelong wish is for lovers everywhere to clear up their misunderstandings and end up together.
A Fu looks up to her sister and hopes to become her capable assistant.
But one day, A Fu receives the news of her sister's death, along with a great many unfinished love tokens.
Wiping away her tears, A Fu sets out to fulfill her sister's dying wish and find out what caused her death, diligently returning the love tokens one by one.
Guan Chen originally only agreed to help A Fu return the wish tokens so he could trick the little demon into behaving and figure out the problem between them. But he never expected that the owners of these love tokens would each be more powerful than the last!
To get out of trouble, Guan Chen puts his shamelessness to good use.
Holding hands with A Fu leaves him brimming with energy. He can take on ten!
Hugging A Fu makes him invincible. He can take on a hundred!
Then... “A Fu! Hurry, this monster's too strong. Let me kiss you!”
A Fu: This Taoist really is shameless!

Bonus scene: Illusion One [A Fu (wild spirit) vs. Guan Chen (scholar)]
Guan Chen thought the scholar was a useless weakling who couldn't lift a finger or carry a load.
But the moment he saw the demon, he couldn't take his eyes off her.
In a prim, proper tone, he said the most embarrassing thing imaginable: “My lady, you look especially beautiful today. I'd like to paint your portrait.”
Tsk! I never thought anyone could be even more shameless than me! Looks like I still have a lot to learn!
A Fu couldn't understand it. They'd both transformed into women, so why did this spirit sway more than a tree when she walked?
She barely had any clothes on, and her eyes were twitching like crazy.
“Dear husband, you're teasing me again.”
A Fu got goosebumps from hearing such a coquettish voice come out of her own mouth.
[Each illusion is its own story. The male and female leads experience the love stories of the love-token owners from a first-person perspective, and fall in love themselves along the way.]
Theme: The body is a bodhi tree, the mind a clear mirror
"Watching the time passing by..." This is a big bug for the author ~ Li Lianzhou
"The two of them, in front of Shen Lianzhou,..." Gave the author a big bug ~ Li Lianzhou
"First come, first served?" "Guan Chen's..." This is a big bug for the author~ Where?
The ending feels a bit hasty
I haven't seen such a shameless male protagonist in many years, hahaha
Well, will there be a street market next to the temple? Why are there cries? Shouldn't it be quiet?
