The Moon in the Gutter

045 was a rat in the gutter, one that couldn't bear the light of day.

A killing machine for the upper-class nobility, she struggled to survive.

At sixteen, she transferred to a gz high school as an ordinary student, carrying out a long and dull undercover assignment.

During that time, she fell madly in love with the school's heartthrob and made a series of romantic confessions.

Unfortunately, every carefully chosen gift she gave him was coldly tossed into the trash. He even threatened to send her to prison.

One day, she received a new assassination order. The list contained just one name:

Murong Yue.

The boy she loved.

*

Murong Yue came from a distinguished family, was devastatingly handsome, and had plenty of admirers at school.

One day, he received a special love letter.

A few hastily scrawled words on a torn-off homework sheet read: Big brother, you're so handsome.

Attached to the back was a photo of him changing in the locker room, taken without his knowledge.

After that, he realized he was being watched by a lunatic.

The next time he threw away the worthless gift the lunatic had shoved into his desk, a gun pressed against the back of his head.

The girl who kept saying she loved him now wanted to kill him.

A deranged, gloomy female assassin x a noble prince as bright as the moon

Set in a fictional future empire.

The heroine is a deranged assassin, a cold machine focused solely on her work, emotionally stunted and obsessively infatuated.

The man saves the woman.

A short, gloomy writing exercise to vent and ease my emotions.

I'm a gutter rat, and you're the moon in the sky.

I live beneath the mud, while you hang high above, beyond my reach.

The gutter rat fell in love with the moon.

Unable to climb up to the sky, the gutter rat can only drag the moon down.
