They had to take a detour, and by the time they reached the docks, their target had already escaped.
Song Xiang held a grudge against Xu Yuzhu and decided to make trouble for her.
He eventually discovered that she was the daughter of the Jiangnan Salt Commissioner. She had deliberately gone to the tea mountain where his family was holding a sacrificial rite, wanting to be the first to climb it.
