Fu Sheng regained consciousness. He heard meowing, but somehow understood what it meant.

He groggily opened his eyes and saw his own fluffy... paws?!

"Meow!" Fu Sheng yelped in fright.

Did I turn into a cat? Fu Sheng felt adrift. He couldn't remember much about his past, but he definitely hadn't been a cat. He was supposed to be a grown human who could hold up the sky!

"What's so great about being human? Humans spend every day doing pointless things. You're a purebred bad cat!" The unfamiliar cat in his head wouldn't stop yowling.

Fu Sheng slowly understood the situation. He had turned into a cat and somehow gotten bound to the Bad Cat System. Now he had to complete the tasks issued by the Bad Cat System. Only by becoming a proper bad kitty could he get a human body, and the System would also grant him one wish.

"Our slogan is: bad cats will rule the world!" the Bad Cat System yowled.

But for now, Fu Sheng needed to find someone to feed him long-term. He hid under a car and meowed in a high-pitched voice at a giant.

After going to great lengths to get picked up, Fu Sheng ended up in the passenger seat of Cheng Xun's car.

So Fu Sheng meowed in a sweet, high-pitched voice in front of people, but sang at the top of his lungs like a tractor in private. He acted weak and helpless in public, then raced around wrecking the house when no one was looking. He pretended to be innocent in front of people, then lorded it over everyone when they turned away...

The result? He got put in his place!

Cheng Xun picked up the sturdy little kitten, who was baring its teeth and yowling.

"Peanut, you naughty thing again." Cheng Xun sighed helplessly.

At the sound of his voice, Fu Sheng immediately behaved, meowing in a cute, high-pitched voice that could melt anyone's heart.

Cheng Xun softened and put him down, only for Fu Sheng to dash onto the table and knock over a cup.

Fu Sheng: Human! Tremble! Bad cats are going to rule the world!

"Be good, and I'll open a can for you." Cheng Xun opened a can of cat food and smiled gently at the kitten.

Fu Sheng immediately scampered over and buried his face in the can.

Human, this bad cat accepts your offering!
