The Heavenly Dao of the Primordial World, Not Yet Officially Appointed

Chang Heng was troubled. He felt that his life was all about keeping good and bad in equal measure.

Bad news: After petting a cat and going to sleep, he woke up inside the Chaos Green Lotus, with Pangu beside him before his transformation. He was too scared to cultivate.

Good news: Nobody noticed he was there, so he could lie flat until the world was created.

Bad news: The Three Pure Ones discovered the Genesis Green Lotus that contained him and wanted to divide its treasures. He had yet to take form, and his consciousness couldn't even penetrate the lotus seed's shell.

Good news: Shangqing Tongtian left him a chance to survive, saying they would divide the treasures after he took form. He even brought him back to East Kunlun and asked Taishang Laojun to nourish him with Yellow Mysterious Merit Water.

Bad news: His innate spirit treasure was a rare treasure of the Heavenly Dao. If even a hint of its aura leaked out, half of the Primordial World would hunt him down for it.

Good news: He was the Heavenly Dao itself. As long as the Dao Ancestor who had merged with the Heavenly Dao didn't discover him, he was invincible beneath the Heavenly Dao.

Bad news: There was something wrong with the Dao Ancestor's union with the Heavenly Dao. If Chang Heng showed his face, he'd be instantly killed.

Good news: His father, Pangu, had left him a cheat. If he worked hard, he could still fight!

Chang Heng: Does anyone get me? I'm the Heavenly Dao of the Primordial World, but before I could even take office, an unscrupulous competitor stole my job. If I want to survive, I have to kill the Heavenly Dao... I'm fighting Hongjun? Seriously?

☆ Pairing: Shangqing Tongtian

☆ My take on the Primordial World, incorporating traditional religious elements. Please don't take it too seriously.

☆ Lighthearted style, somewhat colloquial. Parts of the main plot will be a little heavy, but it won't be angsty.

☆ Hongjun is not a villain! Hongjun is not a villain! Hongjun is not a villain! (A disclaimer for my own safety.)

Theme: The Great Dao is impartial and the Heavenly Dao is just. Those who do good should be rewarded, and those who do evil should be punished.
