When the gym went out of business, Song Chu, one of its trainers, suddenly lost his job overnight and could barely afford rent.
Mr. Tan, whom he’d had a crush on for a long time, offered him a hand: “I need a housekeeper. If you’re interested, you can give it a try.”
Under the pressure of making ends meet, Song Chu reluctantly accepted.
